DokiApp’s standout feature. During daytime hours, we provide medical video consultations with short waiting times (5–15 minutes), whether it is for an acute or long-standing condition, a second opinion, medical report interpretation, lifestyle advice or general guidance. Before the consultation, users can describe their symptoms in writing, upload images or medical reports, and the system quickly connects them with a doctor for a video consultation.
Annual laboratory screening
A map of your health that is worth completing every year. From now on, this is available to you – simply choose the laboratory service in the DokiApp online clinic, which you can access through one of our blood draw and laboratory partners and includes a comprehensive lab package. Your results can be reviewed at any time during an on-demand medical video consultation.
Health development consultations
Within our Lifestyle package, you can consult with a dietitian, pharmacist or physiotherapist to professionally support your health preparation – whether it concerns nutrition, medication or regeneration. Book an appointment through our online booking system and you will be notified by email about the upcoming consultation, which lasts 50 or 30 minutes depending on the type.
Educational and interactive features
In the DokiApp clinic, you will find a wide range of supportive features that help you continuously improve your general or mental health. At your own pace, you can explore the psychological courses offered by the Mental Academy (stress management, burnout), or complete various assessments to see your current health status and identify areas for improvement.

The services included in the Healthy and Lifestyle packages will be available in the DokiApp online clinic from January 1, 2026.
The subscription and the use of the services are available until December 31, 2026. After that, a new subscription will be required to continue using the services. New related offers will be uploaded to the website in December 2026.
No, this is a joint promotion with the AYCM team. Both companies are committed to health development, and we saw it as a great collaboration to offer a unique digital health support and laboratory screening package exclusively for AYCM members, provided by DokiApp.
Throughout DokiApp’s history, approximately 30,000 video consultations have already taken place. Based on this experience, we can state that in many cases a quick and relevant video consultation can solve the patient’s problem without the need for an in-person examination. Of course, all specialists are thoroughly trained to understand the limits of digital care. In addition, health development consultations (dietetic, pharmaceutical) can be perfectly delivered online, saving significant time as there is no need to travel.
The pre-purchase period takes place in December 2025, which coincides with the AYCM package renewal period. After a successful purchase, we will send a confirmation email with the steps required to complete the registration.
In the last days of December 2025, we will send another email containing the promotional code required to access the features, which must be entered in your profile. After that, the services included in your package will become available in the DokiApp online clinic.
